Spring Performance Costume Fees
Payment Options
In order to register your dancer you must include, with your registration form, either THREE or NINE postdated cheques or credit card information as outlined in the payment options below. Thank you.
- Option #1 - THREE postdated term cheques (or credit card payment) dated: September 20th 2010, January 3rd 2011, &March 28th 2011

- Option #2 - NINE post dated monthly cheques (or credit card payment) (total term fee divided by 3 to make a monthly payment) dated:

- Fall Term- September 15 2010, October 15 2010, November 15 2010
|
- Winter Term- December 15 2010, January 15 2011, February 15 2011
|
- Spring Term- March 15 2011, April 15 2011, May 15 2011

Costume Fees
Dancers will require a costume for their performance on stage at our Spring Recital. A costume deposit of $20 per dancer per class is collected at the time of registration. You will be billed for the balance of your costume fees.
Parents using credit cards will automatically be charged their costume fee balance on February 1st, 2011.
Parents using cheques will receive an e-mail invoice. Fees are due February 1st, 2011.
Total costume fees are as follows:
- Pre-school, Kinderdance, Pre-ballet/jazz & Junior levels - $45
- All Intermediate, Teen & Senior levels - $55
Financial Policy
- Withdrawing from Classes: Dancers permanently withdrawing from a class MUST notify the office by phone, letter, or email to avoid the next term's payments from being processed. This notification MUST be received prior to the end of the current dance term. If a dancer is not returning for the Winter Term, the office must be notified by Dec. 13, 2010. If a dancer is not returning for the Spring Term, the office must be notified by March 10, 2011. This will ensure that dancers on our waiting list can be notified of an available spot.
- Refunds: Refunds will ONLY be allocated within the first 2 weeks of the Fall Term. There will be a $10.00 administration fee applied to all refunds. Any dancer withdrawing from class after the first 2 weeks of the Fall Term forfeits the fees.
- $10 will be charged on N.S.F. cheques.
- Late fees will apply to overdue payments.
